At Wave Spas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home wellness experience. If your spa or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack your spa and all included accessories into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for unused condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
